I collect quotes.

Whenever I read something that makes me smile and feel inspired, I write it down on an A5 revision card in a bright coloured felt tip pen. Now I have 236, a Pinterest board of them and a collection of them on my bedroom wall.

My quotes encourage me, make me smile, and laugh. Some are from my favourite stories, others are directly from people…

 

 

 

 

Some are just light hearted and silly, these are often the most important ones.

 

 

 

I love watching films, and yes, I’m a sucker for an epic disney movie. The lines stay with me and appear in my mind when I need something specific to focus on. I have days when I prefer to rely on fiction rather than reality.

Hopefully I’m absorbing (maybe osmosis) all the positive messages around me.
